YSFN Series Circular Knitting Machines

The YSFN series covers the full range of circular knitting machine types used by modern knitting mills. Every model shares the same core platform — an oil-bath V-shaped raceway for smooth high-speed running, ceramic yarn feeders for extended service life, and a self-developed vertical colour-change head that adjusts at multiple angles and flips sideways without dismantling.

Core Platform — Shared Across the Whole Series

• Oil-bath V-shaped raceway: both upper and lower gear sets run in an oil bath with a V-shaped raceway, so the machine stays smooth and stable even at high speed
• Ceramic yarn feeders: ceramic yarn guides deliver a markedly longer service life than conventional steel feeders
• In-house vertical colour-change head: multi-angle adjustment and side-flip without dismantling, for fast pattern and colour changeover
• Suspended yarn guides: hanging yarn-guide design avoids friction between needle and yarn guide
• Reverse-buckle cam-box triangle: unique cam-box triangle design, easy to clean and quick to set up
• Three-function electromagnetic needle selector: non-heating electromagnet solves heat build-up during long production runs
• Elastane (spandex) unit: feeds elastane directly from the guide roller into the designated knitting zone
• Touch-screen control: microprocessor controller with LCD touch panel on jacquard and fancy-yarn models

Four Process Platforms

• Single-jersey family — plain single-bed machines without jacquard or fancy yarn, for standard jersey and fleece (sweatshirt) fabrics
• Double-jersey family — two-bed machines able to switch between rib and interlock structures on the same machine
• Jacquard family — jacquard cam-box and needle selection for large patterns, inlay and mesh fabrics
• Fancy-yarn family — vertical colour-change head for fancy yarn and striped fabrics
